Further steps for Android:
If you're still having trouble, head to Google Play Store and download GPS Status & Toolbox. Essentially, this app lets you flush and re-download your AGPS data, which can help re-acquire the correct satellites. So here's what you need to do:
- Download GPS Status & Toolbox:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...
- Launch GPS Status & Toolbox, and make sure you have an active data connection.
- You'll see a compass and some other stats. Hit the menu button and then Tools.
- Press on 'Manage A-GPS State'.
- Click on 'Reset' to clear your phone’s GPS data cache.
- Repeat the process but this time press on "Download" instead of 'Reset'. When it's done, exit the app.
- Go back to Endomondo and try to get a lock. You should find that it's quicker than before.
