Position: Rider Care Specialist
Location: Remote Brazil

Respond to customer queries process product returns resolve novel issues promote relationships between our customers and retailers
Join an international remote team of consistently high-quality Customer Service agents providing:

• Positive, productive conversation on phone and via email
• Respond to inquiries for our specific line of products
• Receive and process product returns
• Resolve unique and complex issues with creativity
• Promote relationships between riders and local retailers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical training in bike repair
• Basic tech experience in a call center
• Must speak exceptional English
• Great written and oral communication
• High standard PC and internet connection
• Excellent customer service and account management
• Excellent product knowledge
• Great analytical skills and problem solving
